Terms & Conditions

By booking an experience, afternoon tea session or entertainment with Tiny T's Enchanted Cottage
you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read before booking with us:

1. Cancellation / Refund Policy:
In the event of a cancellation or a request to change a date for birthday party entertainment or a theatrical experience, this must be made with 2 weeks notice. For birthday entertainment bookings, a fee of £50 will apply if not cancelled with 2 weeks notice or more. For theatrical experiences, you will not receive a refund if we have not received at least 2 weeks notice. Afternoon tea sessions are non-refundable, however your date and time can be moved if at least 1 weeks notice has been given and providing we have space available.

It is imperative that you carefully select the correct date and time during the booking process as tickets are only valid for use on the specified date and time. We only have a limited amount of space and so every booking made is a valuable place!

2. Payment :
All bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking on our event platform.
All of our events & experiences are pre-booking only and taken by card payment, although
you are able to come into the cottage on a Thursday - Friday between 10am-4pm and book an experience, event or entertainment with one of our team members.

3. Group Sizes:
Our Enchanted Cottage has limited seating and standing space, and we need to ensure safety of our staff, children and of course all grown ups, so our maximum number of children for the venue is 10 without adults and 6-8 with adults. Birthday party bookings are for 1 birthday child and 5-7 friends with 1 adult, or for joint birthday bookings, 2 birthday children and 4-5 friends with 2 adults maximum.
All parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their experience.
Children must be kept under constant supervision unless the event/workshop states.

4. Waiting area / buggies / wheelchair users:
We sadly cannot currently hold any buggies in our venue, so we ask if you are bringing a baby to bring an appropriate carrier. We sadly do not currently have accessible areas but will be working on this for 2024.

5. Allergies/Health Concerns:
Tiny T's Theatre holds no responsibility for allergic reactions resulting from the use of our props and equipment, nor for any illness that may occur during the visit.
We use all natural ingredients for our potions and craft activities. Please inform our staff of any allergies upon arrival.
The consumption of any food or drink beverages is not permitted for adults in our Enchanted Cottage unless it is part of the experience as sold by Tiny T's Theatre, with the exception of baby food.
All baby food must be cleared away by the parent/guardian.

When booking afternoon tea, allergy comment boxes will be available for you to fill in on the booking form. This will be the same when booking an after-school activity or any time we will be serving any type of food or drink.

6. Lighting/Sensory:
If we choose to use any atmospheric lighting during our experiences such as flashing lights, we will state this on our booking form and it is up to the adult completing the booking form to inform us of any sensory issues.

7. The magic of the experience:
We ask that all adults attending each experience with children encourage the children to believe in the magic of our characters, storylines, props and puppets! We ask that you refer to us in our character names (even if you know us in human form!) and hold back from having any human conversations with us that are not appropriate.

Your booking with Tiny T's Enchanted Cottage signified your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please contact Tara (Head Fairy) if any issues or questions.
Thank you for choosing to book with Tiny T's Theatre, we can't wait to see you soon!
